Hey guys, Finally decided to trust my CSS skills and designed a template from scratch. After a
week of wading through the WordPress Codex, I managed to convert it to a WordPress theme and
implement it in my blog. Why don't you go ahead and rip me apart - i.e. tell me about all the
flaws that you find. Kudos of course, are most welcome - in the form of comments left on this blog

I'm looking for a plug-in for wordpress that will allow me to make a quiz and insert it into a
post. The plugin should require that people register before taking the quiz, also when they take the
test and when they submit their answers the plugin grades the test and shows them their result......
Does anyone know were I can find something like this? If you can help me out thanks, JohnNitro...

I have a SEO Problem. Can anyone clear this for me? I have a wordpress blog up and running. But
now I want to make another one. I have selected some keywords to target but the thing is, I
don't know whether to target them to pages or posts. Like, I can target my keywords to separate
pages or separate posts. But in terms of SEO what is better? Is the category-pages going to be
regarded "duplicate content" as they are under two urls? (the main blog post url and the url under

Hey not sure anyone here can do a tutorial about wordpress but I think that wi would rock if we can
get some wordpress gurus out there to write some tutorials about wordpress. I use it a lot but not
sure I am ready to write a tutorial because I feel I'm still a noob at Wordpress. Once I become
a well versed wordpress user i want to post tutorials. But at the moment can we add a wordpress
section not sure I saw one and or if anyone here would think its usefull to have it. I know I would

currently i have a wordpress version 2.3.1, but wordpress currently release version 2.3.2. but i
dont know how to update it, im simply afraid of updating it it might be i'll be loosing my posts
and comments when i update it. i've already searched a lot of articles about updating wordpress

I did the upgrading today... and man was it worth it. First of all the upgrading went really
smoothly and I had no problem getting my theme and plugins to work with it. The new admin panel is
just awesome. Writing there is like working with a text processor. I have a lot of categories and
keep always adding more and it's really handy that I can add them while I write the post, not
needing to save as draft and go to the categories page to add a new one and then edit the post
again. Same goes for files. ...

running fine. Now, I installed a WordPress engine in public_html/cao directory. And it works out

For those of you new to widgets like me, I downloaded a new version of the widgets plugin from

Lately, I have been thinking on moving from the Wordpress engine to Drupal engine. I already have a
Drupal engine (4.7) running at my root. (www.example.com/) and I have my blog running in a

Aight .. I liked this wordpress theme called DFire, and m trying to use it on my Blog. In its
default state DFire looks good (visually) but the reading part kinda looks odd. I thought of

Is there any software or MOD that could integrate WordPress with a forum ? I mean the posts /
comments / User DB. I know of a site that makes a script called XDForums , but it supports WP 1.5
not 2.0 .. and i have the latest version of WP installed. Plus the site is taking loads of time to
release a new version of the forum software. Does anyone know a MOD that could integrate PhpBB

could someone help me understand the way wordpress creates rss feeds. i need to figure out what the
address will be to my feeds so that i can put them up on the website so that visitors who are not
very tech can easily access them. my experimental feed is here . is the address needed by a
feeder - thundebird for example - just that address + /feed.bla or something. i tried /atom.xml but
