If your ISP offers you an email address (plus more than 100 MB) stick with them, else, use Google's GMAIL service. It's pretty good. It's fast too!

I have had an account from united mail systems for more than a year now I guess they are doing pretty fine. They have many options. I can use it in my native tongue coz they give service in about 25 languages but their trasnlation is not bad in that sense for example gawab.com gives 2 gb storage in my native also but it's like the whole site was translated by a machine it's so bad and it has such an anoying ad on the top of the page. What else there is emailpinoy.com which gives a 3 gb storage but it has stupid annoying ads too. I am not even suggesting walla.com because you know it's practically a mail service come out of casio and adult-related ads. I have also a g-mail account but the only thing that these guys are doing is just supersizing the storage nothing more they started with a slogan like g-mail approcah to mail but what this approach is now to show you a wide range of stupid text-based ads right beside the body of your message. Believe me it is more annoying than that flashy ads on top of hotmail. there is xasamail.com which offers 4 gb but I never liked it I am afraid. In short I suggest you stick with unitedmail systems they offer more than mailglobal does. If you still don't like it t5ry www.inbox.com great spam control sweet interface no annoying ads super e-mail service provider I really like it one last suggestion yahoo offers 1 gb which is enough for many people. plus unlimited photo space with yahoo photos, photomail which you can attach tens of photos without worrying about 10 mb limit relatively good spam control(better than lycos hotmail and g-mail) yahoo, inbox or unitedmailsystems are three e-mail services that are best going around now!

    GMAIL's Rival? (3)
QUOTE Lycos announced last week that their new e-mail service, currently in beta testing, will
offer 3GB of storage and allow the size of attachments sent and received to be unlimited - for free.
An upgraded plan for 20 dollars would boost the storage capacity to 5 GB, but 3 GB should be
sufficient for most regular internet and e-mail users. This paid email service is the first of its
kind, with exception to Yahoo Mail, which was my former mail client, but with Gmail's new
appearance, I stopped using the deprecated Yahoo mail, which offers only 2 GB of space, com....

Well, i've been thinking, and i'm sorry if this thread has been posted before so if it has
then please feel free to delete it. Now to business; well you know there are normal hosting services
such as Astahost for example. Astahost and many other hosting services provide a limit amount of
space and bandwidth and maybe unlimited MySQL databases. Well here's the thing; e-mailing
services such as Yahoo and Hotmail, must need alot of both space and bandwidth if they want to
keep their e-mailing services alive. This is because they need alot of space for storing....

    Who's winning the battle? (106)
Do you still remember the days when our free Hotmail and Yahoo mail inboxes were only a few
megabytes? 2mb for hotmail and 4 mb for Yahoo! Mail? With the entry of Google's Gmail which
offers 1 Gigabyte of free email storage space, the battle is set between all these free email
providers. Who do you think is winning? I remembered that Yahoo! quickly followed up with 250mb
soon after Gmail. I was using Hotmail, and I was conficent that MSN will also increase storage
space. But they didn't and I switced to Gmail which now offers 2 gig. Hotmail has only recently
