Well a fla isn't gonna do you very good. Open the fla's up in and publish them. Go to File->Publish settings. Select which type of file you want to export it to, and click 'Publish'. Then 'Ok'. Go to the map where you've put these fla's and voila, there are you're published files. If you wanna implement them into your webpage, you should publish them as html. Also, always publish them as .swf .

Doesn't matter what do you have in your flash file. As long as it's posted as *.swf file it will apear exactly as in your Flash MX (or whatever you used to create it). But honestly I don't see any interest in posting a flash file if it isn't animation.
