I have used this program ages ago. From memory, it wasn't to bad and was a bit of fun! Great for novice game makers! I think i still have it on a cd somewhere, might go dig it out now... -jimmy

i have game maker i dont like it much anymore since ive kind of gone off making games. You can also get a program called G-Java to convert it to java so you can put your game on the internet. The program has a heep more features if you register it.

Wow this sounds like fun. I'll get it soon and try it out, I've got a few ideas for video games  I used to mess around with the RPG Maker programs, I even had one for the playstation, I think. Cool stuff,

It's a real easy program, and can get pretty advanced too. If you need help with it, you just go to http://gmc.yoyogames.com and they will give you help with anything you don't understand, because that forum has about 40000 members and there are always people online. Also there are tutorials on http://www.yoyogames.com .

It has several online multiplayer features, but I'd recommend downloading a DLL for online connection. Like 39DLL. I use it to make games, it's really good. It can do pretty much anything with the right DLLs and Extensions. It's not worth using unregistered though, so if you want to use it, register it!

That's true, but it's easy to crack so that's no problem heh. But it wouldn't be a waste if you'd pay the 20 bucks. In fact, I'll buy it probably ( I can't crack the new version )

Whats A Good Program?

(2) There is a better way to make games than to program them with C++, Pascal, LIMBO (both C and Pascal)

Making A Php Based Online Game
Would anybody like to help (3) I, along with several others, am making an online game called Galactic Rifts (at the moment). It is
a sci-fi text or graphical based game set in the future where you have to conquer other players and

Advice About Making A Text Based Game
(9) I got my Astahost account in hopes of making a multi-player, online, text-based game in real time.
What I need help with is the programming side of things, a little advice really. I talk to the
maker of a similar type game that I play, and he suggested I learn PHP with MySQL and ASP, and I

What games have you made? (11) Hey all! I was wondering what kinds of games you all have made or are working on right now.
I'm also interested in what languages/software you used to make them. The most recent game
I've made is Cannon Wars. It is a 3-D artillery game, similar to Scorched 3D . You control
the angle and power of your gun and try to blow the other players up. After a lot of work I was
able to add network support so you can play with people over a LAN. It also has a primitive Ai so
that you can play against computer players. I wrote it in C++ and used Directx for the graph....
