Can anyone point me to some documentation that details me on setup of a CVS server? I need to setup
a CVS repository on a Sun Unix system with following specs: Machine hardware: sun4v OS
version: 5.10 Processor type: sparc Hardware: SUNW,Sun-Fire-T200 Any

When I am on a Unix system or on a Linux system, I use a configuration file named ".netrc", which
stores my most used ftp settings. Is there an equivalent for ftp under Windows XP ? I tried
testing/guessing, I failed, it's not net.rc nor .netrc. It's not horribly necessary, but I
would like to know what replaces .netrc on a Windows machine....

I'm thinking to start my own server and have never used any Linux or Unix OS before. I'm
looking for the easiest, least code/programming, most buttons-click-customizing server friendly to
