Unless noted, they are all same. The only difference from other forums with notes is that you will not earn myCENT from forum with no post increments.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't new threads in the 'How-To's and Tutorials section used to give more hosting credits than those in other places that earned credits, or was that just because I always tended to write a lot more for those sorts of threads? Is the same true of myCENTs?

As the new myCENT system is still something new for a lot of us (especially those who missed the first week of the transition stage due to not being around  ) I quite like to have something to compare it to. Perhaps someone could write a comprehensive guide of how the myCENT system works? What counts towards myCENTs; are certain areas worth more myCENTs (such as tutorials?); when do you get your myCENTs; when do your myCENTs get converted to myEarnings? Anything else people would like to see? How do you lose myCENTs, perhaps?I realise the negative side of doing this (namely giving spammers the information they need to try and exploit the system), but surely it's outweighed by the positive side for the members who actually make decent contributions to the forum? Just an idea I'm putting out there...

Do you mean tutorials give more mycents per character than other forums? or do you mean they give more because a tutorial is usually big and a person who posted it can reply alot to clearify things or reply to questions?

Can you clarify please... does the person reviewing a tutorial give different amounts of points based on their own judgement of the tutorials usefulness? From what I have seen the points in a tutorial appear immediately, with only the visibility needing verification, but without change to cent value.... correct?

Well I must have done something right because now I can see myCENTS under my avatar. I can't remember which one I ticked but if I remember rightly I left the default tick on 'CH Sales' and then clicked on 'proceed'. Oh...it's all so confusing.
