I sent messages required to create and host the answer so do not have to? What is or is not it? I registered in the billing & support in oder not find the host entry register free with purchase price, this is why?

Seems that everything is OK, you have your myCENTS appearing with your name at the left of each of your post.

I did not clearly understand your sentence, did you already register at Xisto with the same e-mail address as at astahost forum ? Then, the next step is to order a "logic plan" at Xisto. It's not named a "free" plain, it's a "paid" plan, simply the cents you earn while you post at astahost will be used for paying your hosting at Xisto.
