But the hosting still is suspended. Do I really need submit a support ticket in the billing system ?
First log in to XistoSupport, and have a look at your " My Products & Services" menu :
https://www.xistosupport.com/billing/client...action=productsCheck if you see your hosting plan. If not, the problem is there. if yes, there is another problem, but you still have to report it.
Go to "Submit Ticket" (https://www.xistosupport.com/billing/submitticket.php) and choose Astahost support, and give the link to your site and say that the site is suspended, they will unsuspend it rather easily because your muCENTS system is now able to sustain your site.
Don't worry, you will see that astahost people are very kind and very efficient.
