| | I just noticed, that my account on astahost has been suspended, but as I know, I did have enough credits and still have, I thought, ok maybe it is due to I moved the domain to another server because sometime ago my account didn't work here for sometime and I didn't have time to move it back, but I also noticed that I can't connect to my ftp account and I have some files I want to have before I can leave the hosting or something, and I can't even access cpanel, I would want to access it to take my mysql stuff and raw files and similar stuff, but then again as I know nobody change or block my password if an account gets suspended, it just redirects to an suspended account url with htaccess.. So was I hacked or something? or I really got suspended???  |

I have found the same problem. Every page from my website redirects to the suspend page and I cannot access CPanel, FTP or my emails. My credits, as far as i know, have not dropped below 0, but they have been close (around 3 or 4 credits) EDIT: I was able to last access the site and CPanel on the 24th of Nov.

Well what timing!!! Yesterday I ordered a paid hosting account here at Computing host. This morning I started moving all my sites over to the new host and re pointing the domain names. After many hours I finally got most of it done.Then I had to login to retrive something I needed and wham my account is now suspended!! Ive been on FTP all morning long doing backups and MYSql backups, I think its really odd that its happened now just as my sites are being re pointed ;( As for credits thats not the problem I have 12.5 credits before this post so prolly 15 afterwards ;( Does anyone know whats going on? Mark;)

Seems this is a serious bug or something, or someone has hacked something.. Or it could have just been a clean up of stupid accounts

I was getting a bit worried that I had done something wrong, but more and more people are having this problem, so its not just me! (Not that I have been doing anything that would warrant suspension!  )

I Cannot Recieve E-mail On My Hosting Account
(11) To describe my problem, I need to give an example. Let's say my hosting account here has the
subdomain www.lestan.astahost.com , with the username khayman . So now my default e-mail account
for this hosting account is khayman@lestan.astahost.com, which is exactly what I see when I log into
Horde. But whenever I try to send myself an e-mail from another free e-mail provider, I don't
recieve anything. I try several times with the same result. I even tried e-mailing myself from
khayman@lestan.astahost.com to khayman@lestan.astahost.com. Nothing! The st....
Cant Access My Account
(1) ve uploaded all the files via FTP to my site but for some reason whever I try to view the pages in a
browser it simply comes up with an error message. The only page I can get is the defaul AstaHost
page you get when you first goto your site and havent made a new website to take its place? My url
is: http://tazum.astaplace.com I should have a page at: http://tazum.astaplace.com/index.php
But it wont work? I simply get this error message: Not Found The requested URL /index.php was not
found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered whil....
Another Hosting Account: Is That Possible At Asta
(5) Hello everyone, I was wondering whether it was possible to get two or more hosting accounts here at
AstaHost? I've already registered one account that's going to be serve as an introduction
to my business. Admittedly, it's not going to be too business-related, but still, I think

I Put Ads On My Site: But It's Still Suspended!
(4) I've recently put ads on my site, as Oaque says you can in the Staying Active Rule

night, and my account has been suspended, even though I put ads on to compensate for the fact that I
haven't been able to post on the forums too much recently. Is there anyway to resolve this

..why? (2) my credits barely went negative and i logged in my cpanel a few hours ago and now i receive this:
"This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."
what actually is the problem? the credit was 0.02 a few hours ago but when i logged in now, it was
-4.xx and i made it till 8.xx but still nothing.. ....

can I get it all back to default? (2) I think I've made some mistakes when uploading files through ftp and I have folders everywhere

Account Doensn't Get Unsuspended
